Personal Training Overview
The focus of personal training is not only to get you fit and in shape, but also to help you maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. I think of myself as not only a personal trainer, but also a life fitness coach. When you give me the opportunity to work with you, you gain a support system for life. I believe that a good personal trainer not only believes in fitness, but also educates themselves in it and makes it a way of life. We all know there are things we need to take care of in our lives, and somehow in the shuffle of it all, we forget to take care of ourselves. Training Philosophy
I believe that in order to have a successful fitness regimen, the mood not only has to be serious, but fun as well. So I personally make sure to get to know my client as an individual and make sure that I do everything I can to cater all of the knowledge that I possess, to help them to reach all of their health and fitness related goals. Whether it be weight loss, weight training, nutrition, diet, toning and core training to name a few. REAL RESULTS!!! Bottom line, results are what matter most. By using the correct approach, encompassing advanced fat-melting and muscle toning strategies with scientific and balanced nutrition, you will reach your goals and get real results.

Bio
My interest in fitness began in the first year of high school. At the age of 13 I started to absorb as much information as I could about fitness from books, articles on the internet, and even other individuals to ensure that I would get the most out of the time I spent working out. As I attended school and "went through the motions", not really knowing exactly what I wanted to do. I finally, after many family talks and suggestions of “you should do what you enjoy.” I decided to do just that! In 2006 I became certified as a personal trainer from the The National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida.

Immediately after graduating I began personal training with the knowledge and skills to change lives. After 6 years of personal training my dreams have become reality as owner of 4Ever Fit Training Center. As a Private Personal Training Center with 1 on 1 training and small group training, I will not only continue to live out my dreams, but the dreams of all my clients to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Personal Training Overview
Ian has been involved in athletics since the early 90's. His love for playing organized sports may have drifted away after leaving the Oakland University Basketball team in 2004, but his love for training did not. Throughout his time as an athlete, Ian gathered many different types of training styles and incorporates all of them into his workouts. Whether it's an athlete looking to get stronger and faster or someone simply trying to lose weight, Ian has the knowledge and proper training experience to get every client results. With Ian, nothing is impossible - envision, believe and achieve.

Training Philosophy
Personal training doesn't involve just showing people what machines to use, how to use them and sending them out the door. It involves just as much mental transformation as much as physical. It's about motivation, gaining knowledge on how to transform and shape the life you want, not just the body. Nutrition, exercise, stress relief, and finishing something you start are only a few things incorporated with personal training. One thing that sets me apart from many trainers is that I build strong relationships with my clients. Training should be fun, it should be something you look forward to do everyday or every other day.

Bio
I grew up in a small town in northern Michigan, called Northport. Northport is a very close knit community. Everyone knows everyone so to speak, and I have carried that mentality with me to my training. I have a very open, friendly relationship with my clients and give them the push they need to get the work done. Following High School, I went to Oakland University in Rochester, MI to play basketball. After basketball, my love and passion for staying in shape and training did not leave me. I was in the gym 6 days a week, still training with the knowledge I gained from collegiate basketball trainers.

After graduation at Oakland University with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing and testing out the business world, I quickly knew that fitness was my passion. I became certified as a personal trainer from NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine) and have worked at 3 different gyms. My last stop will be here at 4Ever Fit Training Center…excited to start the rest of my life!

I haven't always been physically active my whole life, but once I discovered it, I was hooked. It's my passion and I love helping people. I will work with you to help you achieve yours goals. I will give you the motivation and the proper program and with your hard work, anything is possible.

Training Philosophy
I believe training is more than just showing a client how to do exercises and counting the repetitions. Fitness is a lifestyle, and I'm here to give you the tools and knowledge to achieve your goals. Helping people get back into shape and achieving a healthy lifestyle is what makes me love what I do.

Bio
I've been into weightlifting and fitness for about 4 years. I started off doing bodybuilding, but veered off into power lifting. I absolutely love fitness and learning about it. I became certified as a personal trainer from NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine ). I constantly read about new exercises and the science behind exercising.
